Driver Critical Error on Dell 8250
I have been have crashes
due to my 'NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 420 with TV Out' driver. XP has recovered it two times now but I have gotten the following warning which was sent to Microsoft:
The driver for the display device was unable to complete a drawing operation.
Please check with the device manufacturer for a driver update.
Please check with the device manufacturer for a driver update.
Please tell Microsoft about this problem (in bold).

Dell states that I should only use their drivers (rather than drivers taken from NVIDIA's website). I cannot find another upgrade driver, from Dell, for the card.
1) Is there another driver from Dell? It seems to me that about a year and a half ago I did find one but when installed I lost the TV Out feature (which I use all the time).
2) Can I use a driver directly from NVIDIA? Also about a year and a half ago I vaguely recall installing such a driver with serious consequences. Opinions would be appreciated.
3) If all else fails can I upgrade to another video card? I was looking at the specs for the ATI All-In-Wonder 9600. If I upgrade the card I would want to see a real improvement in performance. My concerns here are (a) would my Dell 8250 accept such a card and (b) is the power supply sufficient?
All help would be appreciated as I can see an unrecoverable crash coming.
