Dell Dimension 5150 desktop.

I got 2 - 2 GB sticks to upgrade to 4 GB.  When I put them in, the system only shows 3.24 GB.  How do I get it to read all 4 GB?

When I look at the configuration in Setup, it shows that the system recognizes both 2 GB sticks.
