Hi, I received an email from Joanne H. and I am trying to be careful to do exactly what she told me in order to get my computer running again after my son's game froze, he leaned on Keyboard and when it rebooted it was asking for the boot disk.
Anyway, Joanne said in her email today " to get the recovery disk and put it in the CD drive....." I am looking at all the CD's ( I believe these are the only ones I received, just bought Computer at Christmas 2000) and here are the ones I have:
1) Drivers and Utilities for Reinstalling Data/Fax, etc
2) Applications: Backup: Dell INstalled Programs
3) Operating System for the Re-installation of WIndows ME
4) Display CD
5) Resource CD
I think it is the Resource CD, but I need to be absolutely, positively sure,before I go messing around with this. Please advise...
