After installing PGP on several E6420s, they will not boot after the encryption process has been started or finished.  I have tried upgrading the BIOS to A02, but that does not help.  These systems are fresh out of the box with nothing installed on them.  Also, a colleagues has had the same issue with a E6320.  The PGP login screen flashes by then the screen goes black and a message appears: " initializing loader" 

Any ideas?
