I want to reflash the A13 BIOS for my Studio XPS 1645 because the first flash showed an error when it was flashing.  But my computer is not bricked.  It works and it shows that I have A13 loaded but it occasionally freezes upon start up.

I want to reflash it to see if that would solve the problem.  The only problem is that 1645_A13.exe (Winphlash64) does not let me force a flash if it is either the same version or an older version of a BIOS.

Is it possible to force it?
