The online support article for Vista on an Inspiron 1545 says to hit F8 at the "Dell" logo to get to Advanced Booting Options.  There I am to click Repair My Computer. I have several options such as Safe Mode, Safe Mode with Networking, etc. but nothing about "repair" is there.  How can I restore my computer to the original factory condition.  I have tried every way to beat all the malware including hijackers, viruses, and trojans.  I need to back up a punt desperately. Please help!
