2 days before my warranty expired on my XPS laptop, I had a problem where it just shut down and would not come back on. Dell dispatched a tech and he replaced 2 - 1GB sticks of RAM, the Intel Centrino chip, and the motherboard. Now my laptop works but at a much slower pace.

The original Windows Experience Score on my laptop WAS at 5.5, now it is at 1.5 and is slower than my 5 year old desktop running Win XP!

I tried refreshing the score, but Windows gets about half way through with the scans, and then flashes a message that it can't complete the tasks.

What could be the cause of this?????
