Symptoms: Windows starts with display on lowest settings, even when changed to mid settings and restarted
- Mic does not work
- Any gameplay results in crashing

Attempts- Turned comp on in safe mode, unistalled the Nvidea drivers and re-installed them off the dell site (comp didn't recognise the drivers from the nvidea site). Solved the problem for 2 days then back to problems above, mic was never fixed. Went to a shop and was told the video card itself was faulty and that it is likely embedded in the motherboard so i should send the whole machine back for a switch.

I wasn't able to get a great warrenty on this machine as cash is tight and i think my hardware warrenty is either almost out, or out.

Suggestions?
