This is a Optiflex 5060 small form factor tower. this is a new system 2 weeks old

at first i couldn't get any jack to work. front or rear. so i downloaded realtek driver from the dell support page and after installing the driver rear jack started working.

but i need the front panel jack because  sometimes i need to unplug the headset and carry with me.
