I have a error 199 (battery disconnected) on a rackmounted 1920W UPS. I verified that the battery pack is properly connected.
The user manual indicate that the error may be due to the fuses, but I cannot see where these fuses (2 x 30Ah according to the manual) are located. 
Did anybody had to change these and can provide me some assistance? Thanks
