Hello community!

I have a 825 watt DELL power supply, model H825EF-02 that is cooled with 2x60mm fans. The stock fans are rattling and making noises, but the power supply itself is stable and working well. I want to refurbish this power supply and replace the stock fans with 2x Noctua NF-A6x25 fans.

As you can see in below pictures, the stock fans in the power supply does not use standard mini or full size PWM connector, so I need to cut the connector from the stock fans and solder onto the new fans. I am equipped and capable to do this. The issue I stumbled onto is that the pin out of the wires does not seem to follow industry standard (also pictured below, with the fans side by side), and I am not sure what color to splice with what color. 

I have done some google-fu, and found out that DELL has as an hobby to switch the colors around for fun, but I did find one solid lead (last picture at bottom).

So I just want to ask you guys and make sure if this would be working:

Standard BLACK (ground)    -> DELL BLACK (ground)
Standard YELLOW (12v)      -> DELL RED (12v)
Standard GREEN (tach)       -> DELL YELLOW (tach)
Standard BLUW (pwm)         -> DELL BLUW (pwm)
