On Dell 2155cdn,

When the paper comes out, a "pwi pwi"  is heard.

I start in Customer Mode and test each motor (in reference to this guide http://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/04/SLN284926) and I gather that this comes from the main engine. In fact, I hear the sound when I turn on the DO-1 and DO-2 engine

I phoned technical support and he tells me that to change the printer.

Is anyone have a suggestion for me?
