Hi, 

I have a new Inspiron 5579. When a non-admin user logs in they get a pop-up window asking for an administrator login. Even when I put in admin credentials I still get another pop-up that says a service has failed to start. 

This does not happen when an Admin user logs in to the laptop. 

I have traced this to the Dell Support Assist Agent service; it won't start up for a non-Admin user. 

How can I get this to work for a non-Admin user? Should I disable the Support Assist Agent and call it a day?
