Can I shrink a TDEV (Enginuity 5875)?

Say it has 50 GB capacity and only 20 GB are used by Windows. I can reclaim the space. Then I would like to shrink it permanently to 30 GB since the RecoverPoint (fat) target devices requires the same size as the entire source and with many of those devices we run into a space problem.
