I Hello all

My laptop is Dell latitude 5285 2 in 1 Windows tablet. I want to change the battery and bought a battery with code name J0PGR (42 Wh) battery without looking for my built in battery. Once it had arrived, i dissembled my device and my battery says it was a 1WND8 (31.5Wh) battery. Both of them are of the same sizes and have the same screw ports. So i replaced the 31.5 Wh one with 42 Wh one…. After replacement, the windows BIOS clock started to give error… the windows couldn’t be logged in again with battery (so far ok if it is on AC power). At last, I changed back with the old one (31.5 Wh) again…. Here, i want to know that can’t they be changed if the models are not correct??? They said both of them are for Dell latitude 5285
