i have a Dimension 4100 running Windows Me. when i try to connect to IE i get a strange homepage and a message from my antivirus software (Solo) that i've been infected with JS/Noclose.A  and some porn-type popups and it won't let me connect to the internet.

how can i fix this? thanks in advance for any help.
