My symptoms are:

can't connect to the internet

XP 2008 has installed its self and informs me that I have 573 viruses and I should use their software to fix it.

McAfee does not work (as if it ever did)

Avira antvirus detects the infection but after running the program several times the virus still lives.

 

I used another computer to get HijackThis and ran it, here are the results of the scan. Does anyone know how to fix this?
