I have AT&T Internet Security (by McAfee) & everytime I run the McAfee Virtual Technician, it comes up with the same 2 messages on the "result page"..."McAfee Virtual Technician cannot check your computer"....."Cannot find McAfee products on your system.  Click here to find list of supported products".  Why am I getting these message's?
