I would like to download the Dell UnityVSA Community Edition (CE) OVA for a VMware lab environment.

Could you please provide me with:

1. The current working download link for the latest UnityVSA Community Edition OVA.

2. The corresponding Community Edition license/activation information, if currently available.

3. Any prerequisites or instructions required to download and activate the CE version.

This will be used strictly for a non-production learning and testing lab.
