Good morning all,

 

Yesterday, while attempting to run a scan and post back to this forum, 2 issues occurred:

 

1.  Insufficient Rights to Use Active X Controls occurred when I was attempting to run an online scan.

 

2.  Authentication Failed occurred when I was attempting to post to this forum.

 

 

With the assistance of Dell Support and a system restore, we were able to get around these problems.  But there was no explanation as to why this happened.

 

Does anyone have an idea?
