Hi all, 

I'm hoping you can help a non-techie.  My XPS One 2720 won't get past the black Dell screen at start up - the whirling 5 dots don't appear.  If I press and hold the power button to turn off and then try again, it works (the whirling 5 dots appear and shortly after, everything loads up) it then turns back on again.  But I have to go through this same dance every time. 

I've run the 40 min diagnostics on Dell.com/Support and that recommended updating 4 drivers, which I did.  But the problem still persists.   

I'd really appreciate any help in pointing me in the right direction.
