a year ago, I bought "the best laptop on the market" - Dell XPS 15 9560 (512 SSD + 16 GB RAM + GTX 1050).

The reality has been very different for me. My first "try" was faulty and I had it replaced right away (so this is already my second piece). From day one, the laptop has had issues, low performance, constant freezes, sound glitches ... I do a lot of video editing (Adobe Premiere, After Effects) and some gaming (WoW, LoL, PUBG). FPS drops, lags, games practically unplayable. If I managed to finish the job/game and closed the app itself, the whole computer was almost frozen, terribly laggy, and only a restart helped. And the situation was getting worse.

So I finally called DELL support to get the best advice ever: CLEAN WINDOWS INSTALL. Honestly, I paid a lot of money and I expect my machine to work right away (while using tools provided by DELL to update it etc.); but I really wanted to get my XPS working again and I did the clean Windows install (from USB, not just factory settings). To my surprise, it got worse. Even stuff I managed to get going in the past year has become a nightmare. My mouse is lagging on the screen. Everything is freezing. I tried playing WoW (lowest settings): lagging. And after closing the game, the whole thing is SLOW.

What should I do? I did a clean Windows install. I downloaded all the neccessary drivers (manually at first - including NVIDIA and Intel Graphics). After that, I tried the Support Assist to check the drivers: and installed the rest. I installed ThrottleStop and undervolted CPU, iGPU etc. I installed MSI Afterburner (just to undervolt). I tweaked the battery settings (high performance). 

NOTHING HAS HELPED. I am really frustrated. DELL has not delivered anything but problems. What have I missed? Sorry for crying out loud but I feel hopeless.
