I received my new XPS 13 9370 today and everything works fine except for the touchpad. It doesn't track/move and only the physical left click works. I've updated all the software and drivers through Dell's auto-update and Support Assist and done all the Windows updates. I took apart the laptop and check to see if the touchpad connector was loose, but it was in place. Should I get the touchpad replaced?
