Order delayed 3 months - the UK

I bought a M15 R6 laptop at 03/01/2022, the website showed it will deliver next working days, and after 3 working days, the order were delayed to 01/04/2022

regardless of the shipping delays or components shortages, the actually problem with Dell is transparency. They mislead customers by stating on their website that products are ready to be shipped even if they know that this is not the case. In the meantime, they get your money so their cashflow is safe and you are out of pocket. You cannot get a refund once the order has entered production and have to wait, possibly for months, without being able to buy an alternative. This is really appalling.
