Hi new to the board

my Dell latitude will not turn on press power button HD indicator lights up wifi also and battery indicator also

immediately shuts down, wifi and batters indicators flash and HD indicator stays on.

i removed the memory and hard drive and disconnect the Wifi card 

same issue
