story start at Dec 15, I ordered this M17x for Xam's gift to myself...

sales told me they will make a fast shipping to me and the latest date will Jan 6 to receive it and there will be great chance to get it before New year.

so I got the laptop by Jan 6.

Open box....Power on...lights showed up on the keyboard...black screen.....power off.....can not power anymore

phone custom service....try this and that....finally they said they will give me a replacement and should be an upgrade one which in the warehouse. and can send to me within 5 days

so i agreed....check my order status, new one is coming, but at the day i should received it i check again, the status changed to in In Production and Estimated Delivery Date:Information Temporarily Unavailable.

should return it at beginning!!!
