2 ports on my nic card on my idrac are coming up as 1g ports instead of 10Gb which i believe is causing esxi to not to see the ports as physical ports to be able to use. 
I’ve manually changed the speed on the switch which shuts down the port.Ive changed out the cables. 
what could be the problem?
