Issue with Battery life
Every 2nd/3rd time I fully charge the battery, it drains very fast in about 3 hours with normal working conditions.

Please list Dell model number and version of windows. Example; Dell Inspiron 3543, windows 10
If you don't know, type msinfo32 onto search box, stroll down to System Model, you should see it now.
In the meantime, how old is the computer or battery? Is this battery the original one that came with the computer?
