Inspiron 3891

The win 11 supplied with above is impsosible to work fully. Two installs and keep getting lock up on Dell log.  Ctrl/alt/del works at times. Done the fixes (?) power settings etc. Did want to add another drive but one post suggested return the unit as sorting out new drive to difficult. At present the unit is of no use and am back on an older system

Is there a route for fast return and replace with win 10 or to get a win 10 install to run?
