I am at a loss.  I have been trying to get my laptop fixed it has been down for over a week now.

I called yesterday and spent 30 minutes on the phone because i felt the box they sent me was to small and not safe to send this laptop back in and asked for a bigger one. 

I have had it about 30 days before it died .  I have a few issues 1) i cannot contact support via email/chat for the alienware line. 2) Every call is a minimum of 30 minutes and you spend most of that on hold. 3) I guess i am going to have to spend my own money for a box and insure it to send it back.

What do i do? who can i contact there are no email addresses for customer care/customer service for dell and I don't feel i should have to spend any more of my time on the phone to get nothing resolved.  This would be my 4th phone call for this problem.

Would you send a four thousand dollar laptop back in this box???  If you dont take the phome out you have about 1/2 inch on each side.
