I'm having trouble getting my outlook express to work. When I try to open it, it tells me "outlook express could not be started, because msoe.dll could not be loaded". I called dell the other night, and sat on the phone for OVER an hour with some women who had no idea what she was doing.
I uninstalled outlook express, then updated internet explorer, and it worked for about 24 hours, now it's doing the same thing over again.
Anyone know how to fix this??????
