I have a Dell Deminsion c521 and I can't get it to boot I can turn it on and it will go to the page that says booth normally or launch start up repair (recommended) either one io click on takes me to a page that has failed in big writing and at the end of the page says failed to nobulate or nobnt could someone help me with this I fixed it once before but for the life of me I can't remember what I did because I walked through it with a technician but since my warranty has run out I have no help so if anyone can help me with this I would greatfully appreciate it...Thanks
