My keyboard is again not functioning-- AT TIMES-- on certain rows of keys (0, P, ;, /)   In other words, they will work for awhile then all of a sudden stop.  This was a problem before but fixed about 6-12 months ago when the keyboard was replaced by Dell as a factory recall.  I've tried the following:

 

       1. Removing all power and holding down power key for 25 seconds.

       2. Tightened the screws on the bottom

       3. Tried to Flash BIOS (wouldn't let me since my current one was up to date)

       4. Installed brand new memory

       5. Let keyboard sit idle for a long time with no power hooked to it.

       6. Ran Dell Diagnostics and keyboard passed all tests--at least at that time.

Please give me any other advice.  I have yet to pop and clean keys.

 

If anybody knows if Dell is still "liable" for fixing this right since it was an earlier recall, let me know.
