Has anyone else bought a laptop and the first time you log in it has a virus, malware, popups,etc? I am so mad about this! I bought a NEW laptop and feel Dell sent me a used one! I called Dell-The guy on the line  told me to call Micro Soft " We don't fix your laptop" I told him I wanted to return it, "We don't take laptop returns"  Then he told me to call Micro Soft! They  got into ithe laptop through the connection and pulled up a page that showed all the virus, etc. REALLY? WOW, Dell would do nothing about it-that little chat with Microsft cost me $150!! Another trip to Office Max to complete the fix cost me another $180.00. 

I doubt I will ever buy another laptop from Dell. I have bought at least 6 computers from Dell and have never had this disappointment. Why doesn't Dell stand behind what they sell?
