I am using a Dell SE2722HX 75HZ 1920x1080 display monitor. 

The monitor works but for some reason DDM does not. The monitor, initially does not turn on when the computer is booted up. It stays as a black screen for around 30 seconds.  

I keep getting the same issue from DDM "This program cannot communicate with any supported Dell monitors... etc." 

As far as I can tell the drivers and cables are working, though I am unsure as to what is causing this delay and DDM error and was wondering if anyone else is having a similar issue.
