OK, here is the problem.  My computer shows that I am actively connected to my router, but I cannot connect to the internet using IE or MSN.  When error messages come up, it says that it connects to the Microsoft server and sends the messages.  I can connect my Xbox to my router and it runs fine.  Everything that I connect to the internet runs fine, except for my computer.  I ran IPCONFIG and received an IP address and according to hardware support from Dell, everything concering the LAN is fine and the router is fine.  Anyone have any idea if any settings might have been messed up?  If so can you please help me, this problem occurred out of nowhere.  One day I woke up and my computer said "connection lost" and ever since my computer will not connect.  Thanks.
