Hi,

There are 4 x 450Gb SAS Disks available for this raid group, a physical disk has failed and the logical volume is not available. The array appears to have been configured with 3 x disks in RAID5 with one hot spare.

When i originally logged on to the utility there were 3 disks only identified in the virtual disk, 1 good, 1 failed and 1 hot spare. (I reseated the failed disk and it is now no longer part of the group)

When I checked the physical disks there was another disk identified as foreign that was not included in the raid group. 

I don't know the history of the server, I would appreciate if someone could look at the attached screenshots and tell me if theres a chance this drive Identified as a hot spare has in fact been brought in to the raid group at some point and has parity data, otherwise the data is lost!
