I have downloaded the drivers for my A920 for Vista after waiting 2 months for them to be available. Now my computer cannot communicate with the printer. It's a new machine with vista home basic installed at the factory. The printer driver seems to load OK but then the printer is "offline" and can't be changed. Any suggestions?
