Hi all, 

I have completed 5 credentials courses, but only 1 credential shows on my certtracker account. Is there a waiting time for them to appear? I need to download all certificates. I have logged a case with support but they asked for a course ID I don't know how to get the ID and the support has been replying for 2 days. If anyone knows how to, please assist me. Thank you.
