At my job we have an administrator account set up to update/maintain the computers. When logged into the AMA account profile which has administrator access - Support Assist pulls up a message that states Not all features are enabled. States i need to sign in with an administrator account or contact my system admin. Neither myself or my IT Manager have been able to rectify this issue as we are logged in under the administrator account. Will the v.3.2 Support Assist release address this issue?
