Get Device Image error in WDM

Hi all,

Do anyone know why when I try to “get device image” from our D90D7 Wyse in WDM I got this following error at reboot:

[Repository_validation_stage][socket_error_or_could_not_connect_to_wdm_server][Authentication_failed]Exc=100

The Master Software Repository “Test Connection” is working fine...
