PLEASE HELP!!!

My XPS 9370 has been working great until today!!!. It carries out its updates as normal on a daily basis and today for some reason, it has just started shutting down randomly. Sometimes it will last long enough to boot and log on via face recognition and other times it will start booting and shut down while booting.

It's only 3 months old, battery is full and power cable is plugged in. Any ideas?
