Hi,

Every new update seems to make the laptop worse than before.

windows 10 pro

I lost my thunderbolt port. After installing the thunderbolt firmware, it detects the controller, then a few seconds later, you hear the device sound (disconnect). Looked into hidden device, you see it in the pic below. Anyone else having this issue?

I checked the forum and have tried every solution listed, but it doesn't work permanently.
