My laptop's hinge suddenly broke . When I tried contacting the customer support they told me that I will have to pay 6400 to get it repaired because it was one month since my warranty expired. I really wonder if this is a fair price considering that the laptop is not at all damaged and apparantly broken hinges are common in dell laptops. It's been just more than a year since I got this laptop. I am not complaining but it's a concern whether the price should be this high for hinge repair.
