Three days after getting my new 8100 P4 I ended up with a bad trojan. Tried with Dell support to debug but nothing worked. I ended up reformatting, and still had probs after. Got everything down to just one problem remaining. Now after I've installed every driver for every piece of hardware, I've got an "!" in my device mgr for "other hardware". Also can't get Resolution Assistant loaded back on because it says the system isn't English (but it is in English in all the settings). Anyone else come across anything similar to this? If so, how did you correct it?
