Hi,

 

Trying to update an "old" PE1650. It includes 3 Maxtor ST373307LC hard disk in a PowerVault.

 

I inserted a CD from Dell that updates Maxtor [and related] hard disk and ran through the utility but got the following error on all 3 drives:

 

** SCSI 3-015 Disk - Update Device Firmware **
Test Results : Fail
Error Code 4400:281D
Msg: Invalid request

 

Ideas?
