headphone doesn't work

hello,

i have formatted my laptop inspirion 15 3567 and  installed win 10 pro but now i have problem with my headphone

i still hearing the sound from the speakers not from the headphone when i plug the headphone into the laptop.

the headphone is working well on other devices and i have updated the sound card from the website but  the laptop doesn't detect the headphone in the sound devices and i can't find realtek hd manager although i have installed it.

please help
