17 R5, left side macro keys, power button
I got my Alienware 17R5 on January 30th! Windows was updated along with BIOS! Last week it came to my attention that the Left side Macro Keys & Alienhead power button lights do not switch off when i choose dark mode in the Alienware command center!
Yesterday, i created a theme in AlienFX which got saved but, after the unit was restarted from hibernate & when i chose to change the theme, the theme created by me was no longer present & the default blue theme automatically came on!
I do remember seeing some notifications after the updates that apparently mentioned some error about Alienware command center! Upon reviewing Event Viewer I found this error!

@Alienware-Eimy
Thank you! After installing the command center it did try to update OC controls but failed with an error that it already existed! I then uninstalled OC from control panel & reinstalled it! It works fine after that! I cant seem to change the color of the macro keys except for the 3 color options that are predefined, but apart from that I don't see any other issue!

Left Macro keys and power button are status lights. They will not go off.

@alpinsava
Try just the AWCC first.
