My laptop doesn't turn on even though my fan works. What shall i do? Plz help me

Very difficult to suggest anything from your brief description. If the fan works we can only assume some parts of the PC are functioning. But you have not indicated if it boots into bios or startup screen? Or if you just see a black screen. Hard to do much diagnosing if you do not see anything on screen. That's a fairly old notebook so almost anything could have failed.
