About a 5 year old 7537 now running Windows 10 Education

I decided to go thru and update bios, drivers, etc.  All went well until I hit "Netowrk" group, specifically bluetooth.  There are two bluetooth drivers:

Intel 3160 7260 3165 7265 8260 8265 Bluetooth Driver

File Name: Intel-3160-7260-3165-7265-8260-8265-Bluetooth-Driver_YV365_WIN_20.60.0_A06.EXE

and

Intel Centrino Wireless-N 7260 Bluetooth Adapter Driver

File Name: Network_Application_NFTVV_WN32_17.1.1524.1353_A00.EXE

 

So which do I use?  Both?  The laptop has an Intel Wireless-N 7260
